We started Results Realty, LLC in 2008 with a core goal – helping the land owner. We wanted to help our clients successfully market their properties, however, we decided to take that service to a whole new level beyond other firms.
Joyce and I saw a real need in helping landowners stay informed. Time and time again we saw people being taken advantage of and we wanted to help keep that from happening. Results Realty, LLC is committed to helping the land owner, with information and data, land values, cash rent rates, crop shares, oil and gas leases, whether you are selling or not.
When we started our business in 2008, we forged through one of the toughest years in real estate. Results Realty, LLC not only made it through that first year, we added auction services for our clients as well. We also kept expanding our advertising venues for the greatest amount of coverage for our clients.
The addition of auction marketing was a great step for our clients - we had two successful auctions at the end of 2008, and set the stage for 2009. By the end of 2009, we had successfully marketed over 5000 acres, and set record high prices in Reno County which still stand today.
To add an additional level of professionalism and service for our clients, Alan Howard, Broker of Results Realty, LLC successfully achieved the designation of Accredited Land Consultant from the Realtors® Land Institute in 2011. He received the designation after completing 120 classroom hours with tests and a final comprehensive test.
In 2011, we added a new agent/auctioneer, Cameron Roth. Cameron is a licensed real estate agent-auctioneer and is working the Flint Hills region and points east. Cameron also owns Vaughn-Roth Auctions which is a full service auction company that specializes in agriculture. He will also be serving as Results Realty, LLC’s land auctioneer.
